Cancellations

I value the time we schedule for our weekly appointments and hope you will do the same.  It is understandable that on occasion, you will not be able to keep a scheduled appointment.  If you are able to cancel more than twenty four hours prior to the appointment, you will not be billed for the session. However, if you cancel within twenty four hours, please expect to pay for the missed session at your next appointment unless we are able to reschedule the appointment for the week of the cancellation or the following week.  Sessions missed due to inclement weather or hazardous road conditions do not fall within the twenty four hour cancellation policy.  

Fee

My fee for individual sessions is generally based on a 45 minute appointment. If you request a 60 minute session or if we decide that extended sessions are appropriate, sessions will be billed on a pro-rated basis. I will be happy to discuss my fee by phone or email prior to the initial appointment. I accept payment by Zelle, Venmo, check or cash, preferably at the end of each session.  I am willing to discuss alternative arrangements if weekly payments are not convenient.

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider and do not participate in any insurance plans.  I am happy to provide a receipt at the end of each month for you to submit for insurance reimbursement if you have out-of-network coverage.
